87ap Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and User Rights

For the purposes of this document, the following terms have the meanings described below:

• 87ap or Platform: the Sports Betting and online casino service available at 87ap.best, including all its sections, features, and applications.
• User or you: any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service available on the 87ap.
• Account: the individual profile created by the user upon registration, linked to a unique CPF and accessed via email and password.
• Real Balance: funds deposited directly by the user via Pix, boleto bancário, credit/debit card, PicPay, or Mercado Pago, available for betting and withdrawal at any time.
• Bonus Balance: credits granted by 87ap through promotions, subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal.
• Rollover: the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

By creating an account at 87ap, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of this document, you must not create an account or use the platform's services. Continued use of 87ap following updates to these Terms will be interpreted as acceptance of the changes made.

To use the services of 87ap, you need to create an account. Registration is free and can be completed directly on the website. The following are mandatory requirements for registration:

• Be an individual aged 18 or over.
• Reside in Brazil and hold a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
• Have a valid email address used exclusively by the account holder.
• Not have an active account or one previously closed due to a terms violation at 87ap.

Each user may hold only one active account at 87ap. Creating multiple accounts — whether using your own details or someone else's — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all identified accounts, forfeiture of any bonus balances, and potential blocking of any winnings obtained irregularly.

The 87ap may request identity verification documents at any time, including CPF, RG, CNH, or proof of address. This verification is required to process withdrawals above certain amounts and to meet the platform's regulatory obligations. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal access until the matter is resolved.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 87ap.

The 87ap accepts Brazilian payment methods only. Available options include:

• Pix: instant deposits and withdrawals, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Balance credited within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank slip (Boleto): available for deposits, with processing within up to 1 business day.
• Credit and debit card: Visa and Mastercard accepted. Card deposits are processed in real time.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: available for deposits. The balance is credited within minutes after payment is confirmed.
• TED bank transfer: accepted for deposits from accounts at institutions such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit at 87ap is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, subject to the limits set by each payment method. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes, including weekends and public holidays.

All withdrawals must be made to a bank account held in the name of the account holder at 87ap. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. For a first withdrawal, additional identity verification may be required, carried out by the platform's compliance team.

The 87ap reserves the right to request proof of the origin of deposited funds in order to meet anti-money laundering obligations established by Law 9.613/1998 and COAF regulations. This is standard industry practice and does not imply any judgment about the user.

The 87ap offers betting markets for football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Série B, and international competitions), MMA/UFC, e-sports, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• A confirmed bet cannot be canceled by the user, except in specific situations described in the cancellation policy of 87ap.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the valid odds for that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• Single bets have a minimum value of R$ 2.00. Multiple bets have a minimum value of R$ 2.00 per selection.
• If a game is cancelled before it starts, the bet is cancelled and the amount is returned to the real balance.
• If a match is suspended after it has started and is not resumed within the regulatory timeframe, settlement follows the specific policy for each sport and competition, available in the help center of the 87ap.
• Obvious errors in the odds (odds significantly out of line with the market due to a technical fault) may be corrected before or after settlement. The 87ap reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

The 87ap reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any market, event, or individual user. This risk management measure is standard industry practice and does not constitute discrimination. Users who notice bet limits applied without apparent reason may contact support for clarification.

The casino section of 87ap offers slots, a Live Casino with real dealers, and crash games such as Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, and Mines. All games are provided by certified suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Spribe, and SmartSoft. The following points are important for users of this section:

The 87ap offers welcome bonuses, freebets, cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each offer has its own conditions, which are always described at the time of activation. The general rules that apply to all promotions are:

• Bonuses are available only to users who meet the specific requirements of each promotion (new account, first deposit, campaign period, etc.).
• The minimum rollover for bonus balance withdrawal eligibility is 30 times the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer.
• Only bets with odds of 1.50 or higher on singles, and 1.30 or higher per selection on multiples, count toward rollover completion, unless otherwise stated.
• Unused bonuses expire 30 calendar days after the grant date, unless a different timeframe is specified in the promotion.
• Using bonuses exclusively on low-risk bets with the deliberate intent of meeting rollover requirements without genuine risk (known as "bonus abuse") is strictly prohibited. The 87ap may cancel bonuses and associated winnings in cases identified as abuse.
• Freebets return only the net winnings — the freebet stake itself is not included in the payout. For example, a R$ 50.00 freebet that wins at odds of 2.00 pays out R$ 50.00 (the winnings), not R$ 100.00 (winnings + stake).

The 87ap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, provided this does not affect rights already acquired by users who activated the offer before the change.

Use of 87ap assumes good faith. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances and bets, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: creating more than one account to repeatedly claim bonuses or circumvent betting limits.
• Use of third-party data: registering or making withdrawals using another person's CPF, bank details, or documents.
• Match fixing: betting on events whose outcome you have privileged knowledge of or that you can directly influence.
• Money laundering: using the platform to move funds of illicit origin, in violation of Law 9.613/1998.
• Use of bots or automation: using scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit odds vulnerabilities, or artificially fulfill rollover requirements.
• Account sharing: allowing another person to access or use your account at 87ap, regardless of the reason.
• Use by minors: creating an account or allowing anyone under 18 to use the account holder's account.

The 87ap may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or in verification documents.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• User's own request to close the account.
• Request by a competent Brazilian authority.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, any bonus balance and winnings obtained irregularly will be cancelled. Any remaining real balance may be returned after verification, at the discretion of the compliance team of the 87ap.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through support. After voluntary closure, any available real balance will be returned via Pix to the registered account within up to 5 business days. Reopening a voluntarily closed account is possible after a minimum period of 30 days, subject to a new identity verification.

The 87ap believes that betting and casino should be forms of entertainment enjoyed in a healthy and mindful way. That's why we offer the following responsible gaming tools, available to any user upon simple request:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss amount per session or per time period. Once the limit is reached, betting is blocked until the configured period resets.
• Account pause: temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period. During the pause, no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-exclusion: close your access to the platform for an indefinite period. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the requested period and cannot be reversed early.

The 87ap does not allow users under self-exclusion to open new accounts. Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion will result in the permanent blocking of that CPF on the platform. If you become aware that a minor under 18 is using 87ap, contact support immediately.

The 87ap processes the personal data of all users in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). Data collected includes registration information (name, CPF, email address, date of birth), browsing and platform usage data, and financial information required to process deposits and withdrawals.

This data is used exclusively to:

• Operating and improving the services of 87ap.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering requirements.
• To verify user identity and process payments.

The 87ap strives to keep the platform available and fully operational 24 hours a day. However, we are not liable for:

• Losses caused by temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or an unforeseeable technical failure, provided reasonable advance notice is given when planned.
• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user based on information external to the platform.
• User-side internet connection issues that affect the placement of bets or withdrawals.
• Bets lost due to the user's own strategy — outcomes in Sports Betting and casino games are determined by random factors and the bettor's skill, not by 87ap.

The total liability of 87ap with respect to any user, under any circumstance, is limited to the real balance available in that user's account at the time of the incident. This limitation does not apply in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence by the platform.

The 87ap may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in legislation, platform practices, or user feedback. Whenever a material change is made, users will be notified by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available at 87ap.best/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a new version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
